Now let me Start with Starting Price: We know that Motorola is famous for bringing up budget phones according to Indian market so this phone will also be a budget phone that a middle class person can buy.
It comes in two variants
1. 32 GB :: STARTING PRICE 15,999
2. 64 GB :: STARTING PRICE 17,999
Now I will not bore with more reading so coming to the point, let me inform you about the Full technical specifications
1. Operating System(OS)
It comes with a 6.0 MARSHMALLOW Android (May be upgradable to 7.0 Nougat it is not yet confirmed)
2. Processor
64-bit MediaTek Helio P-15 Octa Core processor with a clockspeed of 2.2 Ghz and a secondary clockspeed of 1.8 Ghz As it contains a MediaTek processor so according to that it contains Mali T860mp2 GPU
Here you may be confused that, Is a MediaTek processor better for playing Heavy games? My answer is yes because of the fact that it contains 8 cores and all the 8 cores works equally to give you the desired performance, So no need to think about the MediaTek processors if it has 8 Cores
3. Memory
As it has two variants so memory specifications are according to that
32 GB ROM :: 3 GB RAM
64 GB ROM :: 4 GB RAM
Both the models have an expandable memory of 128 GB.So from here I will suggest you to buy 32 GB variant as it supports memory card and you can store your data in that.
Now let me tell you about the RAM. It is good that it contains a 3 GB of RAM but we all know that 2 GB RAM is sufficient to play heavy games so 3 GB RAM is more than enough
It is added with a new fingerprint sensor and other sensors are common sensors which are must in all smartphones.

Front camera: 8 MP
But according to me MP doesn't decides the clarity of a camera, the lens and pixels decide
