best smartphone to buy under 40k

If you are looking for a smartphone under 40k then you may think to buy an Apple iphone.. but buying an iphone with an internal storage of atleast 32 GB will cost you around 50k and it is useless to buy a 16 GB iphone and one would not prefer to buy an older version of iphone in 40k...so why iphone? you have plenty of choices if you are spending 40k for your smartphone. As you have plenty of choices and no doubt all the smartphones in the range of 30k - 40k are awesome but from the expert reviews those smartphones may have lagging issues, and it is a fact that every Android smartphone lags after a period of time whether it is a high end or a low end smartphone. I am saying this on my past experience with high end smartphones but the difference in high end and low end smartphones is that high end smartphones have the capability to provide you more than you spent on them and this capability is not at all met with  low end smartphones
As your range is upto 40k.. so all smartphones in this range have almost same specifications and features instead of this that only SAMSUNG provides you a super Amoled display or some of the smartphones like MOTO TURBO gives you Quad HD display.
